Your goals come first. Honesty and integrity are an important part of my process. My job is to act in your best interest. Period. I want you to buy the home that’s a fit for you, and I want you to make a sale that leaves you feeling satisfied and ready for the next stage. That’s why I won’t try to talk you into something that’s not right for you.
I treat your sale or purchase like it’s unique, while leveraging my experience from countless transactions to strike the best possible deal for you. I never forget that this is one of the biggest financial transactions you’ll ever make. And that it’s more than just business to you. It also represents a beginning, an ending, a fresh start or freedom!
When you hire me, you get me. Not an assistant. I’ll be at every showing, selling your property as only someone who knows your home and neighbourhood can. I’ll be on the road with you, walking through the homes that interest you, evaluating them as though I were the one making the purchase. I’m available whenever you need me: to answer questions, search out solutions, and guide you through the buying and selling process.
I have a network of resources at my disposal. Unlike independent real estate agents, I have RE/MAX’s national and international sales network available to me. So if you’re thinking of buying in another province – even another country – or selling from a distance, I can help. I have strong relationships with mortgage brokers, home inspectors and legal representatives who can help your transaction proceed smoothly. I also have a partner, Aileen Noguer, who can put her network to work for us. Between us, we have more than 26 years experience in the real estate industry.
